A few things you need to know...

DELIVERY POLICY:

Once an order has been placed, we are notified immediately and will begin to process the order. Orders are dispatched the next working day.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for 1st Class postage. Delivery aim within 1 - 3 days (excluding Sunday & Bank Holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you for each package.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE THE UK:

At present we only primarily deliver within the United Kingdom. However, if you are based outside of the United Kingdom and wish to make a purchase, please send us an email: sales@thandulundi.com and we will do our best to process your request.

PRODUCT RETURNS:

No returns on any jewellery products for hygiene reasons. So please do take your time and enquire for any extra details you may need prior to making a purchase.

PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK:

Due to the intricate hand-making nature of the products we sell, there may be a slight delay in the replenishing of stocks once they are "sold out".
